Comfortable modern and popular accommodation with easy setting just off the Dormy Inn Premium Wakayama, the train station and restaurants and bus terminal. Beautifully maintained room with good view of the castle. Spacious bathroom, very very helpful staff: )

I spent a really good time here, recommend to anyone. The hotel was fairly clean and homely. The room was functional and well-maintained and had private bathroom plus tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. The staff were all helpful.

When we visit Wakayama, like staying here. The rooms are new-fashioned, the staff is polite. The breakfast is delicious, includes a huge variety of meals.

The place was clean with polite and always accommodating staff members. Next to a train station, the location was marvellous and favourable, at a six minute walk from wakayama JR station. Tried some nice meals at Okamoto, located next to the hotel. I spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed that.

The bed in my room was too hard.

It was a popular hotel in a nice area, very close to the castle, Close to the train station and the kii peninsula. The rooms were compact and impeccably clean with enough lighting, felt like home. The staff was always accommodating plus the location was good and easy.

Disappointing aspect was very compact bathroom.

Had perfect 2 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The rooms were compact and a nice size, were equipped with extra large bed and the TV, for example. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.
